A little blurry, sorry, but look how NICELY this juicy, flavorful pork shreds up!! I kept the onions, garlic, and jalapenos in the mix (why not?), but tosses the orange halves.



Heck, I could make barbecue this way!!! (I'm so excited by that prospect, I really am.)
